### More dependable agent files and reports

Files attached to a new conversation are now available to the agent more reliably from the first
turn. Routine results also use a clearer structured report experience, with improved browser
preview, printing, downloads, and email delivery.

### Stronger opportunity and procurement intelligence

Opportunity signals, supplier and award relationships, and buyer context now share a more
consistent foundation. This improves the reliability of tender insights today while preparing
faster, traceable relationship views as the data grows.

### Reliability and safety improvements

* Email triage and workspace recovery are more resilient when work is retried or interrupted.
* Agent streaming, background routines, council synchronization, and notification delivery now
  recover more predictably from partial or delayed work.
* URL handling, unsubscribe links, deployment checks, and database rollout guards have been
  tightened across the platform.
