# Results and actions

> Review generated work, routine outputs, and items that need your response.

Tendor separates work that is ready to review from work that is waiting for your response. Use the **Ready for review** panel on Home for recent review items, open **Results** for the full review inbox, and use **Needs action** for approvals, questions, or blocked work.

## Ready for review

**Ready for review** is the Home panel where you find recent outputs that Tendor has prepared for you to read, check, or use. These items do not block a running task. They are deliverables waiting for your review.

Examples include:

* Research summaries
* Draft documents
* Opportunity matches
* Feasibility or qualification reports
* Routine summaries
* Generated files attached to a result

Open an item to read the summary, preview attached files, and decide what to do next.

## Needs action

**Needs action** is where you find items that are waiting for your response before work can continue.

Examples include:

* Ask AI needs you to answer a question
* A supervised routine needs approval before continuing
* Tendor needs confirmation before using a connected account
* A proposed action needs to be approved or declined

Review these items first when you want blocked work to keep moving.

## What appears in Results

The Results page is a review inbox for durable work products. It is not a copy of every chat message or every temporary file.

Use Results when you want to:

* Review recent generated work
* Filter by routine, project, status, or source
* Open attached files
* Mark items as reviewed
* Return to work that was generated earlier

Some project-specific files may stay inside the project instead of appearing in the global Results page.

## What stays in a project

Project work is usually best reviewed from the project workspace when it belongs to one submission. This includes buyer documents, draft responses, pricing files, comments, versions, and final exports.

If a generated file is part of a project, check the project file area and the chat side panel as well as Results.

## Review or clear items

Use this flow when you open Tendor after work has run in the background:

1. Open **Needs action** and answer anything blocking a task.
2. Use the **Ready for review** panel on Home for recent items, or open **Results** for the full review inbox.
3. Save useful files to the project where available.
4. Mark reviewed items once your team has checked them.
5. Follow up in the related project, routine, or chat if more work is needed.

<Tip>
  If an item is unclear, open the related project or chat before acting on it. The surrounding context usually explains why the result was created.
