## How it works

1. **Set up your workspace** - add your organisation details, service areas, team members, and reusable Library files.
2. **Find opportunities** - browse tenders, grants, and award history, or use Advanced Search to narrow by keywords and exclusions.
3. **Check qualification fit** - run a Pre-qualification / Gap Analysis before committing bid effort.
4. **Build the project** - keep buyer documents, project files, drafts, AI-created files, comments, and versions together.
5. **Review and submit** - confirm requirements, evidence, pricing, declarations, approvals, and exports before lodging the response.
