Reports arrive with their files

Feasibility reports and Opportunity Radars now generate their PDF alongside the original result and attach it to the delivery email. Document requests and project addendum alerts also include the relevant files when available.

Transactional emails with useful context

Action emails now use a lightweight Tendor format with clear context, validated links, and a focused next step. Delivery is handled through one durable queue so retries do not create duplicate messages.

Simpler collaboration and steadier chat recovery

Unused project-level invitations and memberships have been retired in favor of organization membership. Chat sessions also recover more reliably after an interruption, without stale controls remaining in the interface.
