Subscription plans
Tendor now has three subscription tiers — Starter, Team, and Business — with monthly and annual billing options. A 30-day free trial is available on the Starter plan.
Team seats
Each plan includes a set number of seats for team members. Seat usage is tracked in real time and enforced automatically — upgrading your plan or adding seats gives your team instant access.
AI credits
AI credits power Tendor’s AI features including outline extraction, submission prefill, and compliance checking. Credits can be purchased as one-time top-ups from Settings → AI Credits and are applied to your balance immediately.
Billing dashboard
A new billing section in Settings → Billing shows your current plan, renewal date, and invoice history. You can upgrade your plan, add seats, and manage your payment method directly from this page.
Improved onboarding
The onboarding flow now guides new organisations through setting up their profile, inviting team members, and choosing a plan — all in a single guided experience.
