You can now invite external collaborators to individual projects by email. Each invitation includes a role — viewer or editor — that controls what they can see and do. Invitees receive an email with a one-click accept link, and pending invitations are visible in a new collaborators panel on the project page. This is the foundation for working on tenders and grants with partners, subcontractors, or consultants outside your organisation.Real-time collaboration
When multiple users work on the same project — whether org members or external collaborators — changes appear instantly on both sides. When one user or their AI assistant fills in a field, the other sees the update without refreshing. This works across all project sections including text fields, tables, and compliance items.Collaborator access controls
Every API endpoint that touches project data now checks the caller’s membership and role before returning results. External collaborators can only see the projects they’ve been invited to, and their access is scoped to the role they were assigned. File uploads, document reads, node edits, and outline views all enforce these boundaries consistently.Smarter document prefill
The AI prefill pipeline is now more reliable when filling outline sections from your Data Shelf. It assesses each uploaded document’s content before deciding which files are relevant, skips sections where it has no useful data, and reports accurate progress throughout. Previously, prefill could silently succeed with zero sections filled — now it tells you exactly what happened and why.Improved file uploads
The file upload experience across Data Shelf and project documents is smoother. Upload dialogs now handle errors more gracefully, show clearer progress, and recover better when a file fails partway through. Large batches of files are less likely to stall.Auto-centre map on your address
During onboarding, the serviceable-areas map now automatically centres on the business address you entered in the previous step. No more scrolling across the globe to find your region.Get help from anywhere
A new support dialog is available from the sidebar. You can send a support email or book a call directly — no need to leave Tendor to find contact details.Database security hardening
