v2.7.0 — Document Workspace & Feasibility Reports

Released April 2026

Real-time document workspace

Your project documents now open in a full workspace with a rich text editor. Multiple team members can edit the same document at the same time, with changes syncing live. The workspace includes version history so you can review or restore earlier versions at any time. Documents imported from tenders are automatically converted and ready to edit. A collapsible AI assistant panel sits alongside the editor, so you can ask questions or make edits to your document without switching views.

AI feasibility reports

Before committing to a tender or grant, you can now ask the AI to assess whether it’s a good fit for your organisation. The assistant reviews the opportunity requirements against your company profile, uploaded documents, and compliance history, then produces a structured report covering eligibility, risks, and recommendations. You can convert a positive assessment directly into a new project.

Smarter AI tool access for collaborators

External collaborators invited to your projects now have properly scoped access. Viewers can read documents but cannot make changes, and editors get write access only to the tools they need. These permissions are enforced automatically on every AI action — no configuration required.

Improvements & fixes

  • The AI assistant now reads the most relevant tender documents first (specifications, returnable schedules) before supplementary files, producing better answers faster
  • Live progress updates during document extraction are more reliable, including when the AI encounters errors partway through
  • Upgraded the AI framework to the latest version for improved stability and lower latency
  • Cleaned up unused environment configuration across all deployment environments
  • Fixed Docker builds failing when patch files were present in the repository
