Fixed an issue where document requests submitted via AI chat were occasionally silently dropped rather than queued for processing. The requests appeared to succeed in the chat but never arrived in the project. Affected requests have been requeued automatically.
The document-ready notification for AI-requested documents was linking to the top of the project rather than the documents section directly. The link now takes you straight to the document.
