Fixed a crash that could occur when previewing certain PDF files in the chat source panel. Files with unusual internal encoding or embedded fonts now open reliably — previously they would cause the preview panel to go blank with no error message.
Fixed a rare case where outline extraction would complete successfully but the outline tab wouldn’t reflect the new sections until manually refreshed. The tab now updates automatically when extraction finishes.
