Consistent collaborator permissions

External collaborators now experience the same permission rules across every AI action. Whether the AI is reading documents, filling sections, or searching files, the same access policy applies — so collaborators always see exactly what they should, nothing more.

Stronger data security

AI actions now verify your identity more thoroughly before accessing project data, adding an extra layer of protection. If your session expires mid-task, the system handles it gracefully without interrupting your work. File search now excludes documents from closed or expired opportunities, which means searches across your active projects return results faster and more accurately.

Progress tracking fix

Progress percentages for deeply nested outline sections could sometimes display incorrect values. This has been corrected, and existing projects have been updated automatically.

Improvements & fixes

  • Tables in generated documents now render with proper formatting, improving fill accuracy for tabular content
  • Viewer collaborators no longer incorrectly appear to have edit access in certain views
  • Linking Data Shelf files to outline sections now respects collaborator permissions consistently
