Trials and entry plans
Tendor offers paid plans for teams that need to find, assess, and prepare tenders or grants. If your account is eligible for a trial, the trial option is shown in the plan selector during checkout. The lowest self-serve plan is designed for opportunity discovery and early qualification. Higher plans unlock more of the submission workflow and include larger monthly credit allowances.Plans

AI credits
Usage on Tendor is measured in AI credits. Credits are consumed when you run pre-qualification analysis, analyse documents, draft or revise content, check compliance, or use the AI chat assistant. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. On the Business plan, you can purchase additional credits as top-ups when you need more. Plans are available on monthly or annual billing. Annual billing includes a discount compared to paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Changes take effect at the next renewal date.Managing your subscription
From Settings → Billing you can:- View your current plan and renewal date
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Update your payment method
- Download past invoices
