Free tier

You can start using Tendor without a subscription. New accounts include a free credit allowance to try AI features — outline extraction, prefill, compliance checking, and the AI chat assistant. When your free credits run out, you’ll be prompted to choose a plan. You won’t be charged automatically.

Plans

Tendor offers two subscription plans: Both plans include unlimited team members — add your whole team at no extra cost. Compare plans in full at tendor.io/pricing.

AI credits

Usage on Tendor is measured in AI credits. Credits are consumed when you extract a tender outline, run prefill, check compliance, or use the AI chat assistant. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. On the Business plan, you can purchase additional credits as top-ups when you need more. See AI credits for details on how credits work and how to monitor your usage.

Billing interval

Plans are available on monthly or annual billing. Annual billing includes a discount compared to paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Changes take effect at the next renewal date.

Managing your subscription

From Settings → Billing you can:

• View your current plan and renewal date
• Upgrade or downgrade your plan
• Update your payment method
• Download past invoices

Click Manage subscription to open the billing portal where payment details and invoices are managed.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
