Use Settings to manage your profile, account security, connected accounts, organisation details, members, and billing. Some sections are visible only to owners and admins.

Personal settings

Use Settings -> Profile to update your name and profile details. Use Settings -> Notifications to manage notification preferences.

Security settings

Use Settings -> Security to manage:
  • Password
  • Two-factor authentication
  • Connected accounts

Change your password

Open Settings -> Security and use the password section. Choose a password that is not used for other services. If you sign in with Google or LinkedIn, password changes may be handled by that provider instead of Tendor.

Turn on two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication adds another check when you sign in. Turn it on from Settings -> Security and follow the setup steps shown in the app. After setup, keep any recovery codes somewhere safe. They may be needed if you lose access to your authenticator app.

Review connected accounts

Connected accounts are external services you have authorised for use with Tendor, such as email, calendar, storage, or productivity tools. Review them regularly. Disconnect an account if:
  • You no longer use it with Tendor
  • The account belongs to an old role or team
  • The external service password or security policy changed
  • You see an account you do not recognise
If an account expires, reconnect it before asking Ask AI or a routine to use it again.

Organisation settings

Owners and admins can manage organisation settings:
SectionWhat you can manage
GeneralOrganisation name and profile details
AddressRegistered or operating address
Serviceable AreasLocations where your organisation can work
MembersTeam members, roles, and pending invites

Billing settings

Owners and admins can open Settings -> Billing to manage the current plan, payment methods, invoices, and subscription portal actions.

Who can manage members and billing

Owners and admins can manage organisation settings and team members. Billing controls may be limited to owners or billing admins depending on your workspace. If you cannot see a setting, ask a workspace owner to check your role.
