Organisation profile
Your organisation profile includes:- Name and industry — used to personalise your opportunity feed
- Location — used to filter geographically relevant tenders and grants
- Evidence Library — reusable documents and proof that Tendor’s AI can reference during qualification checks, gap analysis, and submission preparation
Evidence Library
The Evidence Library is central to Tendor’s AI capabilities. Upload documents that describe your organisation — capability statements, past project summaries, team profiles, policies, certifications, insurance, licences, and financial proof. At the top of the Evidence Library, Tendor shows how many reusable evidence files are available to AI analysis. Recent files are shown so you can quickly confirm that uploaded documents are visible. Evidence Library files are organisation-wide. Use them for proof that can be reused across many tenders and grants. Project-specific files, such as a buyer’s tender pack or a submission draft, belong inside the project workspace instead.AI access and analysis
Tendor can use Evidence Library files when running Ask AI, pre-qualification checks, gap analysis, and submission drafting. If a file is missing, hidden inside the wrong project, or outdated, upload a clean reusable copy to the Evidence Library.Settings
