Each Tendor account belongs to an organisation workspace. The workspace is where your team manages opportunities, projects, reusable evidence, connected accounts, routines, and billing.
Organisation profile
Your organisation profile includes:
- Name and industry
- Address and service areas
- Compliance and capability details
- Reusable Library files
- Team members and roles
Tendor uses this context to personalise discovery, improve pre-qualification, and help AI understand what your organisation can credibly claim.
Projects
A project is the working area for one submission, renewal, panel response, or standalone bid effort. Projects can come from a tender or grant opportunity, or they can be created manually when the work is not linked to the feed.
Project files should include buyer documents, draft responses, pricing files, working notes, and submission-specific attachments.
Library
The Library is organisation-wide. Store reusable proof there, such as certificates, policies, case studies, licences, and capability statements.
Project files answer “what does this submission need?” Library files answer “what proof can our organisation reuse?”
Routines
Routines handle repeated work. They can prepare summaries, keep project context current, or watch supported connected accounts for tender-related updates.
Admins and owners can create team routines. Individual users can create personal routines for their own work.

Workspace settings are managed from Settings:
