Each account in Tendor belongs to an organisation — a shared workspace where your team manages opportunities, projects, and documents together.
Organisation profile
Your organisation profile includes:
- Name and industry — used to personalise your opportunity feed
- Location — used to filter geographically relevant tenders and grants
- Data shelf — the library of documents (policies, case studies, CVs, company info) that Tendor’s AI draws from when prefilling submissions
You can update your profile at any time from Settings → Organisation.
Data shelf
The data shelf is central to Tendor’s AI capabilities. Upload documents that describe your organisation — capability statements, past project summaries, team profiles, certifications — and Tendor will reference them when generating submission content.
The more relevant documents you add to your data shelf, the better Tendor’s AI responses will be. Keep it up to date after major projects or capability changes.
Settings
Organisation-level settings are managed under Settings in the sidebar:
