Integrations

Integrations let Tendor work with connected services such as email, calendars, cloud storage, project management tools, CRM systems, and accounting platforms.

Where to manage integrations

Admins and owners can open Integrations from the main navigation. Search for a service, filter by category, and connect the accounts your team wants to use. Current categories include:

• Email & Calendar
• Storage
• Productivity
• Project Management
• Communication
• CRM
• Accounting

Common connections include Gmail, Microsoft 365, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Notion, project management tools, Slack, CRM tools, and accounting tools. The available list can vary by workspace.

Connected accounts

An integration can have more than one connected account. Tendor shows how many accounts are connected and flags accounts that need reconnecting. Use account labels to make connections clear, especially when several people connect the same service.

Personal and team connections

Some connected accounts are for your own work. Others can be shared with the organisation when your workspace supports team connections. Use clear labels such as Tenders inbox, Finance shared drive, or Bid team calendar so Ask AI and routines can refer to the right account.

What each connection can support

The exact options depend on the service you connect and the permissions you approve.

What Ask AI can do

Ask AI can only use integrations that are connected and available to your account. Depending on the service, it may be able to search emails, read attachments, draft messages, find files, create tasks, post updates, or prepare records. Some actions require approval before they run. If a connected account expires or is disconnected, reconnect it before asking AI to use it again.

Choosing the right account

Use a personal connection when the work belongs to your own inbox, calendar, or files. Use a team connection when several people need the same shared source, such as a tender inbox, bid team calendar, or company evidence drive. If you are not sure which account to use, choose the narrower connection first. You can add a broader team connection later when the workflow is clear.

When to reconnect

Reconnect an account when Tendor shows it as expired, disconnected, or unavailable. This can happen after password changes, security policy changes, removed app permissions, or an administrator revoking access in the external service.

Routines and inbox monitoring

Routines can use connected inboxes for tender-related work. For example, a routine can watch for tender opportunity emails and summarise deadlines, attachments, and actions.

Security expectations

Connect only accounts your team is comfortable using in Tendor. Disconnect accounts that are no longer needed, and review connected accounts when a team member changes role or leaves the organisation.
