The opportunity feed

The feed surfaces tenders and grants relevant to your organisation based on your industry, location, and areas of expertise. New opportunities are added regularly. Use filters to narrow results by:

• Category — tender or grant
• Location — country or region
• Deadline — opportunities closing within a time window
• Status — open, closing soon, closed

Adding an opportunity to your pipeline

When you find an opportunity you want to pursue:

1. Open the opportunity from the feed
2. Review the opportunity details, documents, deadline, buyer, and fit signals
3. Run Pre-qualification / Gap Analysis if you need an early go/no-go view
4. Click Add to pipeline or create a project when you decide to pursue it

You can also add opportunities manually by clicking New project from the dashboard and uploading a document or pasting a URL.

Pre-qualification / Gap Analysis

Use Pre-qualification / Gap Analysis before committing bid effort. Tendor checks the buyer’s requirements against your organisation profile, Evidence Library, and project documents. The output is designed to help you understand:

• What the tender is asking for
• Mandatory requirements and pass/fail criteria
• Where your organisation fits or does not fit
• Hidden disqualifiers and red flags
• Compliance and capability gaps
• What a human reviewer should confirm
• Whether to proceed, proceed with caution, or no-bid

The analysis should include source references where available. If a requirement cannot be verified from uploaded documents, treat it as a gap until your team supplies evidence.

Pipeline stages

Each project moves through stages as your team works on it: Move a project between stages from the project view or the pipeline board.

Deadlines and reminders

Tendor tracks submission deadlines and surfaces upcoming deadlines on your dashboard. You’ll receive email reminders as deadlines approach.
